Great question. I did not see an attached file to review, so I am unsure how to answer. Some tools seem to be a bit wonky when it comes to generating the elements and properties. I am attaching a Trisotech example that enables me to do some of that by exporting the xpdl file. Is this what you are looking for?

Hey Eric, No problem. I understand, many organizations that I have consulted with and worked for use VISIO. While user friendly, it has limitations on how to capture some of the process details or fully utilize BPMN. Good luck with your move to ARIS. Josh

Are you using any specific modeling tool? If you are using a modeling tool that allows you to put in loop details, that is where I would indicate the time data. If you are not using a tool that enable loop details, I would use the loop notation, and use a text annotation to indicate that the activity occurs every 5 minutes. While I wait on your response.
